You sound like Goku
thank you❤❤
good
caffeine really ruined my sleep patterns in my opinion caffeine but pre workout is good for an extra energy like getting extra reps in moderation but for me it was good till it really messed with my sleep and mental health, now im off caffeine sleep better, stronger then ever in gym cause of good sleep, I still use caffeine but like once every 2 weeks
Are you Jewish?
Love this video!
Glad you enjoyed it!
can i do this without a towel? (specifically on the floor)
yep! Not exactly the same
Where can this angle board be found/purchased? Or it’s homemade where can plans etc be found? Thanks so much
Purchased originally with the machine. They are basically home made from what I know.
@@TheStrongAngle ok thanks appreciate the reply 🙏🏼 I recently acquired a Supercat on the used market (something I’m very excited about 💯) so this will be def be nice to add to expand the repertoire of exercises possible on it
Sure are a lot of triggered haters in here. Go tell guys like Troy Polamalu, Jason Sehorn and BJ Penn this type of training doesn’t work.
haters gonna hate!
I tried watching it again to see if I could have been wrong, but no, unfortunately I wasn't. This guy narrating i can only assume is the "trainer" and everything he says about sport injury he should probably consider for himself. I read another comment regarding the speed and pace of each exercise. There is ABSOLUTELY NO REASON TO TRY TO MOVE THAT FAST!!! You are doing these children a great disservice. As said before, STOP GETTING YOUR ADVICE FROM TICTOC
All of the equipment is specialized for this. You should come and try. I have been using this system for both Physical Therapy and Training for over 10 years. Nothing but great results. Come and try! Have you ever seen or used any of the machines in the video?
I was a Parkour trainer and practitioner for fifteen years and it hurts to watch this. Where's the trainer? Why is it only young teenagers in this video and... where's the trainer!?! Why are you letting your spine curve while performing sit-ups on the ball? You all appear frantic and without good form. That WILL cause serious injuries if continued. Please find a Mentor. Quit getting your workout advice from tictoc
This is stupid. There is no "functional" training. There is only training that focuses on specifics. You do strength, endurance training and skill work. Everything is the combination of these three. I would say the best "functional" training is to do movements that you would normally do in your day to day or specific sports and also do general strength training. No need for fancy circus acts..
which exercises should be in the circus?
I see a bunch of half reps with no control, and circus-trick-type lifts that look impressive to the untrained eye - both of which can lead to injury. Very few of these athletes move with grace in their given movements, and need to go back to basics before trying complicated things like on a bosu ball for example. There are good movements here: medicine ball slams, over-head pressing, sled pushing, agility drills, upside-down kettle presses etc - but many of the athletes doing these movements aren’t doing them correctly. They need to slow the tempo, lower the weight, and focus on form first before acting explosively. Explosive energy is no good is the foundation is weak.
What exercises are they using weight? Going too fast?
That makes sense only if you're training to become a motorcycle.
Looks fun, I’d be flying around the gym.
I wanna try! Where can i buy this wheel?
Strong body is a strong mind !
Get It!!💪😎
What knee pads are good for this exercise? Any?
😂😂😂
Y’all don’t happen to sell those “wobble” benches do you??
Sorry no we don't. I don't believe they are still being produced.
How many should I do as a beginner and how long before progressing to do a traditional push-up?
Are these better for people with back issues
Do you also feel you recover better ? I found I look leaner and I actually have more muscle mass off the stuff . And sleep improved dramatically
Without a doubt u recover way better, caffeine prevents u from getting into that deep sleep which is where the real recovery and muscle building and fat burning happens and also just good for overall brain health too so quitting caffeine is the way to go for those sick gains and lean mass
@@orangutantitties5208 oh yah and you feel like shit the next day! Brain fog the nine yards I get bad anxiety the night after caffeine too
I couldn’t do either of these a year ago until I started taking Aqua fitness and also gliding through the water using my arms only while keeping my core and legs straight
Can I get bigger chest with wall pushups just asking
If they were all you could do, I'm sure you would be able to do it. Could add bands, weight vest etc
You can push on me all day lol
Whenever i curly toe down i feel pop along the tendon path. I have os trigonum so should i do this?
Where in your shoulder should you feel these? I’m having trouble not feeling everything in my traps.
will this help to strengthen the pecs as I can't do normal push ups
Thank you 💛
❤
I'm looking for this machine isokinetic basketball pro leaper 16p1 machine

Does this work if its help done by others?
I wonder if this would work, for freestyle swimming as well
This simple exercise has been very helpful. Thank you
You are welcome!!!
Yeah PTs are usually cool peeps.
great video! where did you get the isokinetic machine in the background?
Your video is very beautiful. I like it a lot. I have been trying to talk to you for a long time. I am waiting for your response. Please give me a chance to talk to you💗
thank you. How can I help?
Rafid
Thanks a lot!
You're welcome!
@@TheStrongAngle Hi, I am also trying out inclined push-ups. However, one of the first things that happen when I start out is for my elbows and arms to move sidewards as I come down. I wonder if it is because of not enough strength or the biomechanics of it. I should be strong enough to do an inclined push up and tried against multiple surfaces of different heights. It is the same in all cases. Could you please let me know your opinion?
Crap my drops 😢
Great product!!!
It really is!
Amazing
Thanks
Best pushups
ok.. that is wonderful seeing someone fully able to walk heel down or toe down (an example of what to do ) ...... and fully able... but what if someone has trouble doing this? that is what I am looking for.. someone who can't talk with balance and gait issues... how to build up that strength... sigh....
You just keep trying to do it
I would start with seeing a Physical Therapist
@@TheStrongAngle that is why i got bad... they made me think i had something seriously wrong with me and said don't exercise.. and do less.. and of course i got worse and worse..... now you would think sounds like something really bad... but since not seeing them i have been heavy lifting (starting strength) and can squat 100kg and deadlift 100kg.... but damage is done i guess to my self confidence and balance....
Does it help for .neck hump
Yes, its a start. Might need have other issues that could be addressed as well.
When I do this I feel it more in my calf🤷♀️
Relax your foot and dont pull the toes towards your face. Make sure your foot is positioned outside or lateral to your hip. let me know if that helps. sorry for late response.
In addition to what she said, try having a slight bend on the knee that's up on the chair. That will let the stretch go through your hamstring rather than your calf and sciatic nerve.
