    caffeine really ruined my sleep patterns in my opinion caffeine but pre workout is good for an extra energy like getting extra reps in moderation but for me it was good till it really messed with my sleep and mental health, now im off caffeine sleep better, stronger then ever in gym cause of good sleep, I still use caffeine but like once every 2 weeks

    Sure are a lot of triggered haters in here. Go tell guys like Troy Polamalu, Jason Sehorn and BJ Penn this type of training doesn’t work.

    I tried watching it again to see if I could have been wrong, but no, unfortunately I wasn't. This guy narrating i can only assume is the "trainer" and everything he says about sport injury he should probably consider for himself. I read another comment regarding the speed and pace of each exercise. There is ABSOLUTELY NO REASON TO TRY TO MOVE THAT FAST!!! You are doing these children a great disservice. As said before, STOP GETTING YOUR ADVICE FROM TICTOC

      All of the equipment is specialized for this. You should come and try. I have been using this system for both Physical Therapy and Training for over 10 years. Nothing but great results. Come and try! Have you ever seen or used any of the machines in the video?

    I was a Parkour trainer and practitioner for fifteen years and it hurts to watch this. Where's the trainer? Why is it only young teenagers in this video and... where's the trainer!?! Why are you letting your spine curve while performing sit-ups on the ball? You all appear frantic and without good form. That WILL cause serious injuries if continued. Please find a Mentor. Quit getting your workout advice from tictoc

    This is stupid. There is no "functional" training. There is only training that focuses on specifics. You do strength, endurance training and skill work. Everything is the combination of these three. I would say the best "functional" training is to do movements that you would normally do in your day to day or specific sports and also do general strength training. No need for fancy circus acts..

    • @TheStrongAngle
      @TheStrongAngle Місяць тому

      which exercises should be in the circus?

  • @maksillorenzo9480
    @maksillorenzo9480 4 місяці тому

    I see a bunch of half reps with no control, and circus-trick-type lifts that look impressive to the untrained eye - both of which can lead to injury. Very few of these athletes move with grace in their given movements, and need to go back to basics before trying complicated things like on a bosu ball for example. There are good movements here: medicine ball slams, over-head pressing, sled pushing, agility drills, upside-down kettle presses etc - but many of the athletes doing these movements aren’t doing them correctly. They need to slow the tempo, lower the weight, and focus on form first before acting explosively. Explosive energy is no good is the foundation is weak.

      Without a doubt u recover way better, caffeine prevents u from getting into that deep sleep which is where the real recovery and muscle building and fat burning happens and also just good for overall brain health too so quitting caffeine is the way to go for those sick gains and lean mass

      @@TheStrongAngle Hi, I am also trying out inclined push-ups. However, one of the first things that happen when I start out is for my elbows and arms to move sidewards as I come down. I wonder if it is because of not enough strength or the biomechanics of it. I should be strong enough to do an inclined push up and tried against multiple surfaces of different heights. It is the same in all cases. Could you please let me know your opinion?

      In addition to what she said, try having a slight bend on the knee that's up on the chair. That will let the stretch go through your hamstring rather than your calf and sciatic nerve.
